Contract Law

Contract law litigation involves legal disputes and lawsuits that arise from issues related to contracts. When parties to a contract disagree on its terms, performance, or other aspects, they may resort to litigation to resolve their differences.

Contract law litigation can encompass some of these: breach of contract, interpretation of contract, damages or equitable remedies, and force majeure clauses (unforeseeable events preventing contract performance).
